We unveil a new brand identity and eco-designed website

Québec Net Positif takes a major step forward: we become QNP.

This transformation is accompanied by the launch of a new brand identity, the adoption of the qnp.ca domain, and an eco-designed website that strongly express the boldness and vision that have driven us since our beginnings.

Our purpose and mission

Our raison d’être remains unchanged: propelling climate action by Low-carbon SMEs to accelerate the transformation to a low-carbon, net-positive economy.

Our mission is even clearer: to create winning conditions for SMEs to multiply their climate actions while seizing business opportunities.

QNP reaffirms its role as a strategic partner at the heart of the business ecosystem, motivated by the ambition to establish constructive dialogues with a variety of stakeholders – from the perspective of “opportunities to be seized” rather than “problems to be solved”.

To achieve this, we provide unpublished data derived from rigorous research, training courses, the Accompagner les PME dans l’action climatique community of practice and various learning formats, always geared towards action.

A bold visual identity

QNP’s new identity features orange as its dominant color. This color embodies both the urgency to act on climate challenges and the collective energy needed to transform the economy. Our new color palette – vibrant and engaging – conveys the human warmth and positive energy that emerges when companies and their allies join forces for the common good.

The design of the QNP “P” illustrates our theory of change: the space where the will and capacity to act for climate come together, regardless of function within companies and the business ecosystem – a reminder of our desire to propel climate action by SMEs, and of the power of connections, exchanges and concerted action to accelerate the transition. It also evokes the pixel, the central symbol of our image.

Always present at the heart of the “+” in our logo, the pixel embodies the minimal unit of change, the starting point from which it becomes possible to assemble differently, to deconstruct and reconstruct in order to imagine innovative solutions. Each pixel is a datum, an action, an agent of change. Together, they form an ecosystem in motion, paving the way for unprecedented trajectories of transformation. The graphic possibilities offered by the pixel are infinite, translating the diversity of actions that will enable companies to work together to contribute to a positive net economy, beneficial to both people and nature: that’s our vision.

An eco-designed website

Our new eco-designed website reflects our values of boldness, leadership and our commitments to sobriety and innovation. It becomes an accessible and inspiring gateway to discover our Quebec Business Transition Barometers™ as well as our training, services, tools, news and events.

A collaborative creation

Our warmest thanks to the talented team at Rümker strategic design studio, for creating our visual identity, in keeping with our role as a catalyst for collective change. Thanks also to Nicely web agency specializing in eco-design, for creating a lighter, more sustainable website that reflects our values.

Creative credits: Marie-Christine Gagnon and Marie-Anne Miljours (brand strategy), Mélanie Boucher (art direction), Salomé Drapeau (website design), Louis Gerecht (web integration).
