Anne-Josée Laquerre
Executive Director and Co-Founder
M.Sc., ARP
Anne-Josée takes over as head of QNP after more than 25 years working in public relations and social responsibility at major companies such as Noranda, Domtar, Merck Frosst, FPInnovations (Paprican), Bombardier Aerospace, and Aimia. She has also worked as a consultant at Millani and Maillon Vert.
Recipient of a 2020 Clean 50 Award and certified in public relations, Anne-Josée holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing and a BBA from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal. She has also completed an executive program at Harvard University: Aligning Sustainability with Business Performance, and is the recipient of a scholarship for “Diversity on Boards” from Directors College, funded by McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada.

Katrin Hauschild
Assistant Executive Director
Known for her curious and strategic mind, Katrin has always been keen to observe, understand, and analyze market needs and opportunities. Passionate about current events and motivated by the creation of relevant content, focusing on sharing best management practices, she has built an impressive portfolio of conferences, training sessions, and webinars, with the aim of informing and bringing together business communities around the issues of the day.
Katrin holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. She has worked in the business services sector, in the areas of information management, communications management, and B2B marketing for various organizations such as EntreChefs PME, TC Media's business group, and Éditions Infopresse.
Deeply concerned about climate change and convinced that entrepreneurs and business leaders are important agents of change, Katrin is highly motivated to drive climate action in SMEs.

Rachel Lefrançois
Project Analyst

In her role as project analyst, Rachel supports initiatives and projects for all of the organization's strategic pillars, including Business Transition Barometers, training, and mapping Quebec's low-carbon economy ecosystem.
With a professional master's degree in sustainable development—Circular Economy Option from Polytechnique Montréal and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, she draws on her understanding of the risks and impacts to be considered for a successful transition, as well as her keen interest in contributing to accelerating the transition to a low-carbon future, as evidenced by her master's thesis: “The role of recycling in mitigating the environmental and geopolitical impacts of exponential demand for critical raw materials.”
