For the past two years, this community has provided me with a space for inspiration, validation and networking. Plenary discussions, working sub-groups and co-development sessions have enabled me to adjust my practices and integrate concrete tools into my coaching. As a business consultant, I find a friendly network of experienced professionals with whom I can co-create solutions. At every meeting, I leave with ideas, confidence and the deep feeling of being part of a family committed to the same goal: Quebec's sustainable transition.

Participating in the QNP community of practice has become an essential part of my role as an expert in ecoresponsible practices at Développement économique de l'agglomération de Longueuil. This collaborative space offers me a stimulating place to exchange with Committed professionals, share concrete initiatives, ask questions and draw inspiration from colleagues working in climate transition and decarbonization. This community helps me to better approach and convince companies to take action on climate transition. It provides me with tools, ideas and, above all, renewed confidence to support Montérégie companies. These encounters enrich my practice, strengthen my network and contribute to collectively accelerating the socio-climatic transformation of our region, the Montérégie. A valuable and inspiring community to move forward collectively.
