This interactive workshop invites leaders to explore the framework of the 6 capitals (financial, manufactured, human, social, intellectual, and natural) in order to structure a more sustainable and agile strategic vision. Through practical exercises and collaborative exchanges, participants will learn together, create bridges, and mobilize their knowledge to better understand how these capitals contribute to the creation of value for the company, interact, and strengthen organizational resilience.
You will leave with concrete tools to turn current challenges into opportunities and evolve your business towards a more robust and regenerative business model that creates value for all its stakeholders.

What you will learn
1. Assess the climate maturity level of your SME (persona) and identify key moments for progress.
Understand and integrate the concept of the 6 capitals and its usefulness in the face of the challenges of climate change and the collapse of biodiversity.
2. Mobilize internal and external expertise to guide your teams, engage your employees, and strengthen the involvement of your business ecosystem in the transition.
